HARRISONBURG - James Madison will have to wait a bit longer to learn its penalty. A conference that was expected to award damages to Marist after its victory over JMU in a lawsuit concerning men's basketball coach Matt Brady was postponed Monday until Aug. 5 because New York state judge Charles D.
