Mall Investigation Nets Four New Arrests
Police Continue Sex Solicitation Probe

HARRISONBURG - An ongoing investigation into men soliciting other men for sexual favors in restrooms at the Valley Mall has netted four additional arrests, police say. The new arrests follow the arrest of Ricky A. McCray, 47, of 917 Jefferson St., Harrisonburg, on July 15 for misdemeanor indecent exposure. Over the last three days, police have charged Tracy L.
